Our firm represented a mechanic who was pinned between to vehicle while at work. The client's employer did not have Workers' Compensation insurance, so we were forced to make a claim against the Injured Workers Benefit Fund ("IWBF"), which funds injured work award when the employer fails to carry insurance. We achieved this trial award after previously securing a settlement on the case filed in civil court filed against the driver and the owner of the truck that struck the client. 

$90,000 CAR ACCIDENT SETTLEMENT

Our firm represented a young women who was rear ended and suffered soft tissue injures to her neck and low back. The client underwent physical therapy and one epidural injection for her low back.
